"Allie"

Coach

Alejandra Rondón (Allie) is a passionate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner whose dedication to the art goes beyond her own training. She first stepped onto the mats in college on a dare from a friend and quickly fell in love with the sport. Since then, she has found her greatest fulfillment in introducing women to BJJ, creating a supportive and empowering environment where they can develop skill, confidence, and resilience. With a patient teaching style and an emphasis on building a strong foundation, Allie guides women through the challenges of BJJ, helping them navigate the mats and find their place in the community. Her mission is to make the sport approachable and enjoyable, fostering both personal growth and a sense of belonging.
