Wayne Hayer is an Instructor at Southside Jiu Jitsu Club, bringing his passion for Jiu Jitsu to others. An avid practitioner of BJJ, he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with students. Beyond the mats, Wayne is a skilled horseback rider. He is an alumnus of Morehouse College and NEIU.

As a Graduate Assistant and Physical Educator, Wayne Hayer possesses a strong academic foundation in exercise science, where he is currently pursuing a graduate degree. His educational background includes an Associate's in General Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education, allowing him to combine his practical experience in Jiu Jitsu with expertise in physical education and exercise science.
